Wedding Helper Services
Professional day-of coordination and setup services
Tier 1: Day Before Setup & Day After Takedown (Client's Décor)

Tier 2: Day Before Setup + 4-Hour Day-of Coordination + Day After Cleanup
- Day before setup and day after cleanup (client's décor OR rental inventory)
- 4 hours wedding design support
- Wedding decor mock-ups
- Full access to rental inventory (can customize)
- 4-hour day-of coordination (arrives before wedding starts)
- Coordinate with vendors on-site
- Guide timeline events (dinner, photos, etc.)
- Wedding day planning consultation (theme, floorplan, details)
Great for couples needing extra support but not full day coordination. Includes both client décor and rental options.
Tier 3: Day Before Setup + Full Day Coordination + Late Night Cleanup
- Everything from Tier 2
- PLUS: FULL DAY coordination (morning until evening)
- PLUS: Late night cleanup (if venue requires)

DIY Wedding Rentals
Choose a package, rent individual pieces, or come build a custom plan in the showroom.
DIY is the standard rental path: you pick up, set up, pack down, and return. A refundable damage deposit is confirmed with the exact items chosen.

- White drapery and two floral pieces
- Two lanterns, selected hurricane candles, and floor greenery
- Choose available colours and styles during a mockup

- Client setup and packdown manual included

- Outdoor use requires a solid wall, sandbags, and calm weather

- Five matching chandeliers
- Hanging hardware and fairy lights

- Venue hanging points must be confirmed before booking
Candlelight Table Collection
- Four hurricane-and-globe sets when available
